Alumni Orders

Our Central Campus location will be closed April 29-May 3, 2018, as we move from the Michigan Union into Shapiro Undergraduate Library.

Shipping and departmental delivery services will be suspended April 29-May 3. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Friday, April 27 will be placed in a queue and fulfilled in the order received when these services resume on Friday, May 4.

Online orders for in-store pickup will continue to be processed as usual at our North Campus location; however, orders requesting pick up on Central Campus will be delayed until the Shapiro location opens.

  1. We'll send you an email as soon as the item(s) are confirmed in stock.
  2. When you pick up your items, please plan to pay your order in full using:
    • Cash
    • Credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover)
    • Traveler's or cashier's check (exact amount, payable to University of Michigan); sorry, no personal checks

  1. We'll contact you by phone to:
    • confirm the order total
    • take credit card payment information
  2. We'll ship your order to you and send you a tracking number.

  • We ship to anywhere in the Continental U.S., excluding P.O. Boxes and U-M campus addresses.
  • As a limited-time offer, shipping for alumni orders is currently complimentary.
  • Shipped orders must be paid by credit card; we will contact you to take payment by phone after the order is placed.
